Wilhelm Eduard Weber (Wittenberg, 24 d'octubre de 1804 - Göttingen, 23 de juny de 1891), fou un físic alemany. Juntament amb Carl Friedrich Gauss va ser inventor del primer telègraf electromagnètic, el 1822.
